Will-Call Policy

D&S TOOL INC offers a will-call service (“Will-Call”) that allows local customers the opportunity to pick up their order at our warehouse.

 

When you place your order, simply select Will-Call as shipping method. In addition to an order confirmation Email, a separate “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. The pickup address and hours will be included in the “Ready for Pick Up” confirmation e-mail. Please DO NOT travel to our warehouse before you receive the “Ready for Pick Up” email.

 

When you come to pick up a Will-Call order, please be advised as follows:

 

  • Please bring your order confirmation Email or “Ready for Pick Up” Email.
  • We require a government-issued identification to pick up all orders.
  • If someone other than the person listed on the order is picking the order up, please inform us in writing in advance. If a third-party carrier is designated by the customer to pickup the order, please clearly indicate the order number and customer name on the bill of lading (BOL) and specify that the customer has paid for the shipment. The third-party carrier is required to bring three (3) copies of the BOL to sign for pickup. Please be aware that D&S TOOL INC will not be responsible for any shipping cost incurred by the customer regarding their shipping arrangements nor any damage caused during transportation.
  • Plan to visually inspect the product for damage before signing for your order. If the product is damaged, please ask for an exchange right away. D&S TOOL INC cannot open crates or packages for the customer.
  • If the product is not damaged but you do not accept the order, D&S TOOL INC reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the product is Out-Of-Stock, please call us at 855-970-DSTS (855-970-3787) to cancel the order and we will provide a full refund.
  • D&S TOOL INC will not be responsible for damages after an order has been signed and released to the customer or any third-party carriers or individuals that the customer designated for pickup.
